At the February meeting of the Pennsylvania Dental Association Board of Trustees, President, William T Spruill, D.D.S., presented a Presidential Citation to Donald A. Stoner, D.M.D. Tenth District Trustee 2007-2011 for outstanding contributions and dedicated service to the public and the profession of dentistry. The Pennsylvania Dental Association Board of Trustees is responsible for all actions and decisions of the Pennsylvania Dental Association between annual meetings of the Pennsylvania Dental Association House of Delegates. The Pennsylvania Dental Association is a district of the American Dental Association.
